- All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. For custom designs or large orders, we recommend placing your order at least 1 week in advance.
- Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before the delivery/pickup time. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations.
- Custom text and design requests are subject to our approval and may incur additional charges.

- For cash on delivery orders, payment must be made in full upon delivery.
Delivery Terms
- Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic conditions.
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the specified time.
- Free delivery is available for orders above RM200 within our main delivery zones.
