What are your business hours?
We are open from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Do you offer custom cake designs?
Yes, we offer custom cake designs! Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance and provide us with your design requirements.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance. For custom designs or large orders, please order at least 48 hours ahead.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, online banking, and cash on delivery/pickup.
What are your delivery areas?
We deliver to Puchong and surrounding areas. Delivery fee is RM20 for Puchong area and RM35 for areas outside Puchong.
Can I pick up my order from your store?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our store during business hours. Pickup is free of charge.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes, we offer a selection of gluten-free products. Please check our menu or contact us for specific options.
How long do your products stay fresh?
Our products are best consumed within 2-3 days of purchase. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place.
